My grandmother gave me a book of blank watercolor postcards to send to her when I was on my mission in Kentucky 12 years ago. I didn't get around to drawing on them (with markers) until last summer (2014).

The Hearts of the Fathers Have Turned to Their Children
A symbolic religious watercolor painting, based on Native American symbolism.
The title is based on the last verses of The Old Testament, Malachi 4:5-6:
"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse."
